Dr. Kalen Farr is a podiatrist specializing in foot and ankle care, with advanced training in podiatric surgery and reconstructive procedures. He is dedicated to helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy through personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Originally from Nebraska, Dr. Farr earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from The University of Nebraska at Kearney before completing his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He went on to complete a podiatric surgery residency at SSM Health DePaul Hospital, where he served as chief resident, followed by advanced fellowship training in foot and ankle reconstruction at American Health Network and Indy Foot & Ankle as well as a fellowship in European foot and ankle surgical techniques in Germany.
Dr. Farr’s training includes experience in both surgical and nonsurgical treatment of a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. His clinical interests include reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, deformity correction, sports-related injuries, diabetic foot care, and advanced surgical techniques. He is committed to providing compassionate care while educating patients on their condition and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their health.
In addition to patient care, Dr. Farr has contributed to professional publications and research related to podiatric medicine and surgery and remains active in professional organizations, including the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Podiatric Medical Association.
