The telehealth solution allows patients to safely visit with one of the practice’s specialty-trained providers remotely using video conferencing technology on a smartphone or tablet. The practice will also offer walk-in, on-site treatment for urgent bone, joint and muscle concerns at their Orthopedic Urgent Care clinic in Columbus at 940 North Marr Road, Suite C, open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. This approach will help relieve pressure on emergency departments and hospitals while those entities focus efforts on caring for COVID-19 cases.

To use the service, patients will need internet access and a smartphone or tablet with a working video camera and microphone.
